Inspiring, creative and conscientious

Philippe’s cooking style is based on the ingredient and the taste. He is a passionate chef and through is talent received the opportunity to work with world famous chef around the world.

When his restaurant received the “Gold Delta” in 1988, Philippe went to the United States of America. His restaurant was named, one of the best new restaurants, by Esquire magazine, in 1989.

Back in Belgium in 1993 started his own restaurant “ Le Joueur de flute” sold it after 7 successfully years. Now he organizes home catering, cooking classes and gives advices to the professional of the business.
